Al Noshirvani was the Co-Founder, CEO and Chairman of Motionsoft Inc which was acquired in August of 2020 by Daxko, a leading provider of software and financial services for the health, fitness and wellness industries.

With close to 30 years of experience in software sales and business development, four of them as the General Manager of KI Software, Al, with his brother, acquired the assets of the company in October of 2004 and founded Motionsoft. Prior to successfully exiting Motionsoft, Al completed five other acquisitions, raised over 40 Million dollars in venture debt and equity capital, growing Motionsoft to over 100 employees and over 2500 customers around the world. Motionsoft' s focus on helping fitness clubs to Get Them, Keep Them and Know Them has resulted in some of the best brands in fitness choosing MoSo-MRM as their management and billing system.
In 2010, Al was named by the Washington Business Journal as a member of the 40 under 40 which recognizes the Greater Washington regions brightest young business leaders based on demonstrated business success. In 2014, under Al's leadership Motionsoft was recognized as the IHRSA Associate Member of the Year. Al is also the founder of the Fitness Technology Summit an annual, invitation only event were marketing, operations and technology executives gather for 3 days of networking, education sessions and insightful panel discussions.
Previously, Al was a founder and Executive VP of Sales for a medical software imaging company which he successfully exited from. He holds a BA and MBA from American University. He is an avid tennis player and lives in Maryland.
